WHAT IS RESET THERAPY?
Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT)™ is a complementary & alternative practice. It follows a protocol developed by Dr. John Turner that works with the nervous system to shift the brain's response to emotional stress and trauma. Long-term, generational, and ongoing experiences and emotions sit within our bodies. With QNRT™, we allow the brain and body to guide us to underlying patterns, hijacking our emotional responses. The process then guides us to let go of old patterns and embrace new ones.
QNRT™ deepens self-awareness, increases our available emotional space, and facilitates change.
The process of deepening self-awareness can be painful at times. Old emotions that were unsafe to express are often felt. As with other trauma modalities, there is a risk of symptoms becoming more intense. Therefore, if you have experienced significant trauma, QNRT should only be done with concurrent psychotherapy.
The QNRT™ process uses muscle testing, intentional eye movement, activation of cranial nerves, focused light on points on the torso & head, and affirmations. It requires a light touch on the client's arms and head and can only be done in person. Aspects of the protocol are similar to many therapeutic and energetic modalities, but the combination is unique. You may find the process weird if you haven't explored other modalities.
QNRT™ has not undergone empirical research and is not considered an evidence-based practice.
QNRT is a private pay: card, cash, or check are accepted.
